How can Judy help you?

  • Back Taxes Owed
Did you know that IRS has limited time to try and collect back taxes?  Judy can help you determine how much time is left on your balances and what you can do to keep IRS from taking adverse action against you in the meantime.

  • Innocent Spouse Relief
Do you owe taxes on a joint return you filed with an abusive spouse?  Judy can tell you if you qualify for Innocent Spouse relief from your balances.

  • IRS Audit Representation
An IRS audit does not need to keep you up at night.  Judy has years of experience representing clients before the IRS.  She knows what they are looking for and how to present your case in the most convincing light.

  • IRS Levies
Did you know that if IRS freezes your bank account, you have 21 days to work out a plan with IRS before the bank sends them your money.  Judy knows how to help.

  • IRS Liens
Is an IRS lien preventing you from selling or refinancing your property?  Judy can help you with lien releases and subordinations to help you get on with your plans.

  • IRS Payment Plan
Don’t let IRS decide how much a month you need to pay on your balances.  Judy will review your financial information and negotiate a plan that best fits your needs.

  • IRS Seizures
Don’t let radio and television ads scare you into thinking IRS can swoop in and seize your property without proper notice.  IRS property seizures are rare.  But if IRS is threatening to seize your property, you will need a professional like Judy to intervene.

  • IRS Wage Garnishment
If IRS has garnished your wages, Judy can help you work out a plan to get the garnishment lifted.

  • Non-Filed Tax Returns
There are lots of reasons people get behind in filing their tax returns.  And once it’s been a few years, fear sets in and makes it even harder to catch up.  Let Judy help.  IRS generally only wants the most recent six years of tax returns to consider you “caught up.”  Judy can get your income information from IRS and quickly get you back on track.

  • Offer In Compromise
There is no “Let’s Make a Deal,” with IRS.  But there are times when IRS will agree to settle your debt for less than you owe.  Judy can tell you if you qualify.

  • Payroll Tax Problems
IRS is at its most aggressive with businesses that get behind with their payroll taxes.  Judy has negotiated hundreds of payment agreements for business owners that allowed them to continue paying normal operating expenses, while getting back on track with their payroll taxes.

  • Penalty Abatement
Don’t be fooled by anyone who tells you that it’s easy to get IRS penalties removed.  Judy knows what it takes to qualify for penalty abatement and can help you get all the relief that is available to you.
